VENDOR GUIDELINES, INFO, & REQUIREMENTS:
1. Sale hours are Saturday, March 29th, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM; with pack out completed by 5:00 PM.
2. Booth participants’ load-in and set up hours are Friday, March 28th, NOON to 4:00 PM, and Saturday, March 29th from 8:00-10:00 AM. No early entry please.
3. Prohibited Merchandise: alcohol, tobacco, firearms, political propaganda, dirty/oily items, gas motors. 4. FEC staff and FACE volunteers reserve the right to remove prohibited items.
5. All merchandise/ sales must be contained within the vendor’s designated booth. NO EXCEPTIONS. 6. The FEC staff may need to re-assign booths and modify floor plans to maximize safety and traffic flow. 7. Booth participants on the South Wall must be willing to allow FEC staff to access the storage closets. 8. On sale day, vendors are asked to use the FEC south parking lot (across 6th Street).
9. Each vendor must have her/his Booth approved individually via this application form prior to payment.
10. Indoor Sale Entry Fee is $2.00. Vendors will be given two entry passes (per booth) at load-in. If required, additional passes may be arranged with FACE volunteers at entrance. We ask that only two volunteers (per booth) staff the space at any given time due to room capacity.
11. Vendors are required to remain open for business until 4:00 PM during sale hours.
12. All materials -- including unsold merchandise, signs, containers, etc. -- must be packed out by 5:00 PM. FACE/FEC is not responsible for left-behind items. Please leave your booth area reasonably clean. 13. No refunds issued after 21 March. FACE /FEC are responsible for IYS advertising.

15. Upon your application being approved, you will be directed to provide payment to FACE.
