That’s where you come in. We host, help promote, and/or produce top quality events to draw paying patrons to the Florence Events Center. High-quality events make the FEC a top destination for tourists visiting the Oregon coast.

You may be familiar with many of our fundraising events: The Florence Winter Music Festival, the Florence Festival of Books, the Florence Indoor Yard Sale, and our Art Gallery Galas. These events are coordinated annually and attract crowds from Florence and beyond.

Membership dues and direct charitable contributions make up another portion of the funds we raise in support of our performance grants and capital improvements for the event venue.
Those who make a gift of support to FACE receive a thank you note from one of our board members, along with a tax-deductible receipt, usually within a few days of the contribution.

Producing high-quality events takes a lot of volunteers, but those people get a lot of special privileges. From getting to work behind the scenes on meaningful events to meeting world-touring performers, volunteering is an enjoyable way to support our community.

Volunteers have lots of exciting opportunities for working with a wide variety of interesting people from celebrities to local school kids making their big public performance debut.
Serving on committees is never dull or laborious with FACE. In fact, it’s always rewarding when you look back on what you’ve accomplished for the community and the event venue—and how you made an event memorable for the performers.
And, when the FEC hosts their own events, we’re often right there working alongside the staff and their volunteers.
